At Hawkins New York, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if for any reason you are not, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply to certain oversized items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include all inserts to ensure they arrive back to our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
